Every day, thousands of people from the state are joining the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, bringing the various welfare programs of the Central and State Government to the grassroots and pledging towards a developed India. Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal has uniquely shaped this Yatra by integrating it with Jan Samvad, resulting in real-time resolution of people's issues. The Yatra not only disseminates information about various schemes but also provides on-the-spot benefits to eligible citizens. Additionally, health checkups are conducted during the Yatra.
Programmes were held at 120 locations across the state on the eighth day of the Yatra
On the eighth day of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, programs were organized at 120 locations across the state, attracting participation from more than 51 thousand people. Over 15 thousand people availed health checkups at health camps, with 11,389 individuals undergoing TB screening. During the Yatra, 331 people utilized the Ayushman Card Camp, while 334 sought information at the PM Swanidhi Camp. Furthermore, 216 individuals attended the Aadhar Card Camp, and 99 farmers gained insights into natural farming.
Recognition for Remarkable Achievements
In an effort to boost public participation in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and inspire individuals contributing significantly at the local level, commendations are extended to those doing noteworthy work. On the eighth day, 845 outstanding students, 467 women engaged in social work, 114 local athletes, and 162 folk artists were honored. Throughout the day, 42,465 people pledged towards a developed India.
Gratitude Expressed for Government Facilities
Participants expressed gratitude for the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, initiated under the vision of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, anticipating its resounding success. They highlighted that the Yatra not only provides information about government schemes but also instantly delivers the benefits, eliminating the need to visit offices. People expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi and Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal for this doorstep facility. They acknowledged the Chief Minister's integration of Jan Samvad into the Yatra, allowing their complaints and problems to be redressed.
Enthusiasm for the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra
There is tremendous enthusiasm among people across the state for the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, with everyone eager to participate. As the Yatra progresses, a large number of people continue to join. Thus far, programs have been organized at 722 locations, with approximately 3.65 lakh participants. Health camps have witnessed over 85 thousand attendees, and more than 55 thousand individuals have undergone TB screening during the Yatra.
